Complete Your Training, You Must

We have four email series that people can subscribe to or unsubscribe from any time.  Here’s a summary chart with descriptions below.

Email Training Plan - What happens next

Tutorials – New users are automatically subscribed to this list. It’s sent every other day for a couple weeks and that showcases how to use a feature of the program in a real example. These tutorials can also be accessed in our tutorial blog category but we recommend a daily email as a way to better absorb and implement the lessons.

Resources –  This email series sends out one email each Friday for several weeks sharing resources that will enhance your scripture study and how to effectively use them in conjunction with Scripture Notes. It will cover a variety of resources like Webster’s 1828 dictionary, Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance, other Bible versions, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint specific resources, etc… These emails can also be accessed from a master resource list or our Resources blog category here if you prefer to go through them quicker than one/week.

Original Study Topics – This is a long-term list designed to just give you something to study each week outside of whatever else you might be studying. This list will send out one email each Wednesday. These emails point to the posts in the Study Topics blog category. Staying on this list will never let you catch up to new site posts unless you also subscribe to new site posts.

New Site Study Topics – If you don’t want to miss a single post on this site, but want to stay current as well, stay on the original list AND get on the new posts notification service which you can see on the right side of this page. You’ll get two emails a week (old and new) and be able to play catch-up. The original historical list will serve up all the blog posts since the beginning and then when it reaches the post where you started on new posts you can unsubscribe from the historical list with the satisfaction you’ve gone through everything on the site. New study topics are posted and sent out on Sundays.

Author a Study Topic – If at some point you would like to write up a scripture study to share with others on the site, please feel free to contact me about doing a guest post.

You can subscribe or unsubscribe to anything. These are offered as a way to help you dig deeper into the scriptures by showing you resources and further training you on how to master Scripture Notes and develop study techniques.
