Author Cory Jensen and podcast host Meghan Farner share the inspiration, process, and personal insights that lead to the creation of the first-of-its-kind online temple class, “House of Learning: Understanding the Doctrine of the Temple.”
Cory Jensen is the author of 3 books on preparing for, understanding, and completing your endowment. They are fascinating books and contain many insights into temple symbolism. I have listened to books 2 & 3 and loved them. Cory was born and raised in Utah. A lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served a mission in Rome, Italy. He graduated with honors from Brigham Young University with a degree in European Studies and then a Masters of Business Administration. A successful entrepreneur, he has started and grown several businesses during his career. He is also active in humanitarian work and spent four years on the board of directors for the MORE project. His love for the temple began early in his life, and he has been actively involved in temple and genealogical work for many years. He currently serves as an ordinance worker in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. He and his wife, Traci, are the parents of four wonderful children.
Meghan Farner is a wife and a mother of four young children. She is the host of the Latter-day Disciples Podcast, the mission being to encourage others to boldly live the gospel, recognize the signs of the times and prepare for the return of Jesus Christ. Over the last two years, she has delved deeply into doctrine, including the doctrine of the temple. She hopes that this course will serve as the basis for many to come unto Jesus Christ and experience salvation through His grace, as the temple pattern teaches. Meghan will be publishing her first book, “Becoming Latter-day Disciples,” soon! Her podcast is fantastic and she has many wonderful guests on to discuss doctrinal subjects.
